any advice for fast theme niche gaming?
 
I've been using Jupiter X lately. As long as you use Elementor all you need is a flexible theme.
 
Most of the themes are available here in festingers thread. Why not a little search there?
 
I develop the website templates on a platform called Mobirise and then turn that website into a template in Wordpress.

It may seem like a lot of work but not.

The reason for doing this is that I get unique and responsive templates with great performance (speed).

I use Wordpress only to integrate the panel and plugins.

I just checked it. Looks pretty cool.
Drag & Drop stylish.
 
Mostly Avada, Flatsome, and Rehub.

And yes, Avada is as slow as everybody claims, despite it's numerous performance features.
 
Generate Press all the way. Oh and I also use Rehub Theme for some sites
