Is there any possible way to find out what theme this site using link ?

I was looking on some wp detection sites but its not possible to find.

I think its a custom one. You can code one yourself if you need to.

yeah,i need first to learn to code on that level

Thats just a plain layout, you can build that with GeneratePress really easy. Don´t complicate things, check the marketplace, any cheap seller with WordPress experience could make you a copy of that site, if your not up to it yourself.
