Hey! I'm proud to call myself a WordPress developer! (5 days old to be precise!) and I'm building the first of many plugins that I would like to see as part of the functionality of my sites. Sometimes it pays to get going and buy a solution, but also if you want to be a developer you need to start from scratch and pack in the hours I find to make any progress and consolidate your understanding of wp.

I'm following your journey thread and it got me thinking :
If I build a plugin that relies on automation or scraping or any other black hat or grey hat processes, i won't be able to publish it on popular marketplaces (like the one you use) because it's a big no-no am i correct ?
I mostly sell my bots and plugins to people I already know or reach to.
