I am using OneSignal. I have never used another so I have no comparison. I am liking it. Never had an issue. Free for 30K web, unlimited mobile.

I don't want to go offtopic too much, but do these notifications work enough to get over the fact that you annoy a big chunk of the visitors?

It annoys some people yes. But it works. I think it's common now for most people to expect the pop-ups.

Chrome's working on putting a stop to this by default. I would invest more in mobile push or facebook messwnger chat. Though on the subject one signal is what I've used previously

Getting to 30K is quite easy with the right traffic feeds... how much do they charge after that point?
