what will you do?

I am finishing a web for a book. I would like some advises how to promote that web in the best cheapest way. I am totally new. I got already some SEO software like IBP (Internet business promoter) and SenukeX but with SenukeX i found I have to buy external services as Captcha services. please any advise is very welcome.

See if there are any forums discussing that book and then offer some useful comment (with your link in the signature).

I'm not quite sure what you are saying, but if you're trying to promote an ebook or a book you wrote, you can always promote it on the kindle market place and book forums as mentioned above.
