If the OP has really been reading BHW for a year, he/she should know the answer. Buy at least one all around tool (like scrapebox, $59), select some hot niches and keywords, then buy a few domains (using coupons, or go for Register.com's $.50 first year deal) and cheap hosting. Set up sites that work for adsense, WSOs, affiliate or CPA/PPD monetization, or in combination, bank.

As zebrahat says, but you can do the same with without having to buy hosting/domain. Just use a blogspot.
