Not so much. If you have a good mass emailing service and as I already wrote, if you have something interesting to sell such as weight loss products, methods to make money on the Internet, etc., you simply throw the hook in a pond with 533 million fish and for sure among so many, several thousand will fall into your basket.

Not My Cup of Tea to Sort the data out and do something with it.
But most probably one who will get it and know how to use it will probably automate the data scraping and start a product that will cater to those guys. Will Make profit. - Just a guess

I have access to the data stored in google drive. Im not sure it’s full but it’s around 14GB of phone numbers, full names, Facebook ID, link to profile, default account language... I checked my country but there are no emails. I haven’t checked the other countries yet.

It won't be cheap clearing the list from bounced emails though.

Facebook data that is leaked don't have any emails it has names phone numbers and profile links

I think its the best data for call center guys @Outbound , @cold calling etc.. even good for SMS spam

I have thousands of vendors, and direct contacts to legit sources, what I lack is traffic, so if I have access to such database, I will first segment it into niches, using Python, and Pandas, and then clean it up, In most cases records are old, but in those numbers even if I really small percentage replies it's a fortune. In my case my problem is I have everything else but lack traffic ... to my websites, so I have a dormant infrastructure.
