what will rank better?

or
domain.info/key-word/

or isnt there any difference?

I don't think there is too much difference to be honest. I tried this with a couple of sites, and they both performed as well as each other, maybe the keyworddomaininfo had a tiny advantage, but overall, little difference.

I think domain . info / key-word/ is better than key-word . domain . info that why every webmaster or designer use the method.

.info is not ranking well in both cases. You need to go with .com .net or .org for best ranking.

key-word.domain.info is best!!!!
Google atfirst checks the main page than others.
domain.info/key-word/ hundreds of sites use it.

Has to be deeper URL since I rarely find sub domains ranking high.
