Hello guys, i'm confused what things i need to buy. i'm going to put a video (Ex. Movies),forum where people will talk there same interest and made there account to my site.
please help me guys. all the ideas is in my mind but i don't know where i will start.

any advise and helps are appreciated.

I am not sure if I understand your question, but apart from a domain name and a webhosting account, you will also require an appropriate videosharing script and a forum script to get going.

First and foremost, you should get a reliable web hosting and get your CPanel set up. Once you get your CPanel set up, you should be able to use the scripts in it to create a forum.

once you get hosting , cpanel etc. you need to install a CMS like WordPress and then manage your desired content through it.
