What/ Why is this guys doing that?!

Hi everybody!

I've just came across a website. http://www.forexblackpantherreview.net/ .. I'm not affiliated with it in any way..

So obviously this guys is promoting this new forex robot. Nothing special.. But what is new to me is his "resources" page: http://www.forexblackpantherreview.net/resources

He has got only links on that page.. every link is completely different and has nothing to do with his niche.. He's is obviously just scraping the links..

My question is why and how does he do that?

Hmm, that's a good question.

Maybe he is trying to rank for random keywords - he might be lucky that the scraped content lures someone into the website through Google...

I don't think that would work very well though - so it might be something entirely different

Maybe its his own websites or just linkexchangea?

There's no point in scraping other people's links. It's most likely for reasons that others have already stated above.
