What website does LEC go through?

Okay, heres the deal. I recently formatted my HD and all my bookmarks were deleted. I can't seem to remember the website/affiliate that LEC uses to get paid when their affiliates make a sale. I know it was mentioned here in the forums somewhere, but Ive had no luck finding it. Anybody know?

+Thanks & +Rep to the first person to help me out here.
