I have stopped playing Dota mate. Been a year. No use playing games, complete waste of time. All I want to do now is make money.
I checked long back. Only helps if they are using Wordpress.

This is one of the website I like. Builtwith does not show which tool was used to make the website or is there something I am missing.

Good for you.
Regarding your question, curated.design is a catalog and most of the websites you see in their catalog are custom made or in other words coded from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You cannot build them using a drag and drop website building tool. Maybe you can, but they wouldn't be as fast as the original one.
For example, Notion.so is written in React which is a JavaScript library.
This one is also made on React.

I'm not super familiar with website builders, but I know that Oxygen Builder is a good one. Also, Elementor as you mentioned can do quite beautiful designs.

most really cool websites where you cannot immedietly tell are WP are made in React. its a js library. basically a more complex/powerful way of writing html.
if youre looking for drag and drop, can't go wrong with WP. just find a good theme and plugin.
if you want to clone that particular website in WP, you can 100% do it in WP. hardest part will be finding a close-enough theme. the rest is childs play.

They are using Webflow for the main landing, and Next.js specifically for the demo pages. Others who have said React.js are correct as well because Next.js is built on top of React.js.

You could use webflow as the backend and next.js as your frontend for example. Or anything else as anything else.
If you take your site to be one coherent thing, you will be puzzled.

I'm looking for this too, have checked the themeforest for all keywords but nothing found, so I decide to build this with Enfold theme.
There's another way is to download the JS and CSS from the site and HTML code the template so can be used in a CMS system, but the only problem is the SEO for the CMS
