what webhost to upload proxyc folder

I already tried two webhost and they seem to be having problem getting proxies for hrefer program because I get this same error time and time again: "connection error. Check for script availability". I checked everthing many times and still get this error so it could be my webhost.

Therefore if someone can please tell me what webhost do they upload their proxyc folder to get updated proxy, it will be much appreciated! PM me if you rather do it that way!

I know, you did, but

Check the permissions, ownership and path again.

I have my own dedi with ssh and even there and for dumbness I had to repeat that lesson some times until it worked.

And I remember from the past, where I hosted on a webhoster: not all pathes can contain php-code. Is your proxy-checker really underneath /htdocs /www or so; and you certainly did not use softlinks, did you?
