What web service can I start that is in need?

So I am having a small issue thinking of ideas for a web service.
I currently work as a software developer and I want to create my own smaller business.

I want to create a website that allows a service that people pay to use.
Doesn't have to be a monthly fee it can be a pay when you need type of deal.
But I have no idea what to develop.

I've tried looking on this forum as well as other forums for something that people are in need of but I literally can't find anything fitting.

I am willing to put in the work, that's actually what I am looking forward to, putting in the work, developing an idea and seeing where it goes.

I am looking for something small and simple that people can think of as "Oh I need to get this done, oh hey there is that thing that can do exactly that for a small sum of money let's go there"

For instance, the idea of selling Instagram followers.
People want followers, they go on there and order their service.

I want something that functions like that if I am making any sense.

Any ideas you might have feel free to let me know, I am very open minded.

Go get into the Instagram game. Do everything the other marketers are doing. Then find ways to make it better or more efficient with your software. Sell it to the other marketers.

Don't get me wrong but you are trying to implement a service providing website and not a web service, right? As there is a huge difference which you should know as a Software Developer!

I assume you mean the first case I can give you the following tip: Research in all marketing related forums. Try to search for your desired topic and read through dozens of thread and you will find similiar problems. I did this everytime I was in need of a new software idea. After some threads you will see a trend in a certain direction. The greatest thing with this "method" is that you already know where your potential customers are as well!
