What Web 2.0 ranks quickest in serps?

I know a lot of us use Web 2.0s as landing pages, effectively, but which do you guys find ranks the quickest? I used Care2 for awhile, with amazing results sometimes. Considering Tumblr/Squidioo as I'm pretty sure they're the highest pr.

Your guys experiences?

Weebly seems to work best for me.

Blogspot, weebly, tumblr and wordpress. Squidoo seems to be making a comeback with this latest update too.

Yep all those mentioned, sometimes you can even get away with using Yelp, but I really liked care2 as well.
