What was your BIGGEST mistake?

I started IM almost one year and half ago.After two months i cashed in almost 600$. That time i thought i could start a great authority site, but i didn't knew anything about SEO, not even the tiniest clue. So i bought a sh.tty domain and hired a guy who installed a WP theme on my website. All of this was $150 )

So this was my biggest mistake throwing $150 out on the window.
I also got a payment refused from sharecash of $1050 because they said i violated their TOS, but not sure if i should blame this on me, because in my opinion i didn't violated their TOS.

My biggest mistake was probably reading this thread...

Let me tell you why! I have been doing IM full time since 1995 that is what I do and where my income comes from...

If I were to list all the mistakes I have made they would almost fill an encyclopedia...

The name of the game is getting it RIGHT more times than you get it WRONG!

At least that is how it works for most folks in IM

agree with steelballs. Making na lot of mistakes, but that's part of the process. As long as you're learning from each mistake than its fine. Actually some of my biggest succeses begun as mistakes...

Too much browsing around & less of the "doing" part I wish I started early - as it gets harder and harder each & every day people that came into the Internet world early have made their big buxx $ and are now living a sexy lifestyle whilst I sit here and struggle to make my pennies.

My biggest mistakes is when I go to school and haven't learn any. Now, I'm having difficulty on looking for a decent job.

I never really bothered at school, but I do not know one person with a degree who makes more money than me. I am naturally gifted in parting people with their money via the internet. That is not something they teach at school, but you can learn quite a lot of it here. School is in the past, look forward not back.

Doing IM for 15 years and my biggest mistake was to not have recognized potentials of various new trends. I.e. when adsense came out I did not give it a shot. It was another gold mine and I missed it LOL.

my biggest mistake was starting a bit late...

I had the chance to get some awesome sites going about two years ago, back when google was nicer, and it was easier to rank... By now I would probably be making a minimum of $200 a day...
