He is looking for a member called http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/667394-mastersurprise.html. Both his join date and last activity was on 5th May 2013. Looks like a scammer.

I'm glad you're back. The reason why I said like that is because so much scams happened up lately here in this social networking section. Hope you contact the OP.
