The choice differs based on your requirements. Who is buying it? A financial company's need is different from a sole entrepreneur's.
Cloudflare offers it with their paid plans. StackPath offers an L7 WAF too (Ack: @Veil123), which helped @Festinger when this happened.
AWS has a WAF offering. Sucuri, Akamari, nginx (as "AppProtect") - all of them offer it.
