I'm thinking of getting mine from somewhere called OVH, with the 2BG RAM version classic to use with FL now I've just got the unlimited version. This is £5.09($7.99) per month.

What VPS site are you using?
    How big is the RAM?
    How many FL accounts?
How much per month is it?
How has it been for you since you got it?

I only recently purchased a VPS from them and all is well so far, I went for the cloud VPS as you get the cpanel licences with it.. smallest package to try it out and if it's good I will increase size over time.

I heard it runs smoother than the classic version too, but it's double the price... and I'm a cheapskate.
    What are cpanel licences?

I'm looking at the order page at OVH but am a bit confused. On the 'My OS' section there is only Linux to choose from, plus you have to choose from a list of 'Distribution' and then 'Version'. Also there is a choice between 32bit and 64bit. What the hell do these mean lol?

I use PowerupHosting for FL. 1GB of ram is enough for the software.

You need cloud vps on OVH if you will run FL because classic don't have windows on it
