I use VPS for running some SEO tools like GSA , scrapebox .. and run some tools like vagex, u2bviews.
what VPS configuration should I use?

I'm not familiar with vagex or u2bviews. Scrapebox isn't very demanding hardware requirement wise, but GSA SER can be, depending on how many projects you run, and at what thread level. I'd go for a system with at least 4GB RAM, and at least 4 cores personally (if running more than a handful of projects on GSA SER simultaneously).

Go for small dedi from ovh - ie. 39$= i3, 8gb ram, 5tb bandwitch (10mbps after bandwitch is used). Dedi is always better than vps.

make 100% sure that the hosting provider lets you run your tools on the vps. most wont let you run blackhat tools on their servers.

dont find out last minute when they kill your account and dont refund your $$$

vps with 1gb+ ram and 100+ mbps speed will be good for a start
