I have some technical method, you can use it-

1. Check your underlying connection
2. Install the latest version of your VPN
3. Connect to a different server location
4. Change your VPN protocol
5. Change your DNS server configuration
6. Uninstall and reinstall your VPN
7. Adjust your proxy settings
8. Change your VPN

Or you can use PureVpn
