What video editing software are you using?

First, I'm sorry if this thread doesn't belong to this section. :oops:

I want to start some money making on youtube that I read on bhw but I have a little problem.
I can't install Camtasia Studio from torrent (tried everything) so I am looking for alternative.
What video editing software are you using?
I don't need any advanced software like Sony Vegas or similar. I need to make slideshows, put some text on it and music in background.

Why not use the editor of YouTube? It can do all you describe.

Windows Movie Maker used to be a good basic program. But it is no longer included with new versions of Windows. You can also search for: "alternatives to movie maker" and you will find a bunch of often free programs. Will not work if you have a Mac of course.

JJJackson, thanks for replay! I am looking for free or cracked programs. But if I don’t find any that I like I will check paid options.
 
You can actually use the youtube editor. Not sure if this one fits you but a friend of mine uses openshot for windows and iMovie for Mac.

Camtasia is most used but retail expensive(search and you will find nulled versions)

Premiere pro is not super hard but takes a little longer. Also got adobe after affects but takes too long for me to learn. :D
 
I need something more advanced than youtube editor.
I can't register camtasia, and trial version includes watermark on video...
 
I have only just started using Sony Vegas, but I highly recommend it. You can learn to create slideshows and add music very easily. I know it is an advanced software, but you can still use it for basic slideshows (which is what I am doing at the moment)

I am now using filmora but I still have camtasia with me.
What you can do is to install camtasia from its main download page, turn of your wife and enter any camtacia license number that you may get in youtube. and use camtasia offline from then on.

I downloaded Sony Vegas last night, so today I will try to make something using it.
@GuardReview I tried that for Camtasia but not even a single one key is working. I tried Filmora and I really like it but it's also premium software and free version have watermark on videos.
I will check torrents for premium version, I hope that I will find it.

I used @ and member nick and now I see fucked up link in post, wtf?
 
i m using adobe premier pro cc since 2016. you can easily get that without spending money find out from Google :)
