I hope to post in right category.
Like title say, what to do with list of 3 millions contact us pages -unique domains.
I don't have a seo services to sel, also i'm not interested in link exchange.
How to monetize it?

to sell or not to sell it... can be monetized in other ways? If i will start contacting with some afilliated offers? like webhosting or webdesign... (i'm afraid for spam report)

Ultimately it sounds like an email list - for good or for evil (to be fair I'm struggling to think of good)

Use it yourself for something vaguely targeted (SEO services, affiliate program) or sell it to someone else to do the same.

can be used like email list, but a lot of website to hide webmasters email have contact forms with some capthcha protection. but you know, here is a lot of softwares that can pass tat protection and you can contact webmaster directly. Maybe an invitation to submit their site in some directory or catalog?

have a look round for an IM property you can get an affiliate payout on and have a go. Wouldn't need much of a hit rate on 3 million to make it worthwhile
