What unbans would I need to get all my accounts back?

I have a business instagram account that got banned in September of last year (9/2024).

When it got banned, my personal facebook profile, personal instagram, and ad account were all banned as well.

What unbans would I need to get all of these back? Would I need to get each unbanned, or just the original banned business instagram account?

You can write fb support via appeal to see what you get

That's if you never appealed
Have alternative and keep hitting them via appeal
But that didn't gaurantee your account will.be back

You need to request the lifting of the ban on your business Instagram account by chatting with the supporter of meta

Well from my experience when accounts are linked Meta usually treats the ban as connected across assets. That means each asset can have its own restriction so restoring one asset might not restore the others automatically.
 
You usually need to clear the original violation first. The business Instagram ban triggered the rest through account linkage. Even if you appeal the others, they won’t fully restore until the main account is resolved. In some cases Meta still requires separate appeals, but everything hinges on that first ban. If it’s marked as severe, recovery gets much harder.
 
These accounts have a certain level of linkage, so when one type of account is banned, the remaining accounts will also be banned.
 
Typically, when I use banned Instagram and business accounts, I find that Facebook links all related assets and applies sanctions at the account level. That's why personal profiles, Instagram accounts, and advertising accounts are often restricted together.
