A few of my competitors have backlinks from these websites:

officialwebsites.in/domain-list-880
domains.tntcode.com

any idea?

garbage websites. You can probably get backlinks too from these websites if you know how, but they're not worth anything...
 
When someone register a domain he gets these types of backlinks. Most of these are not worth considering but this types of backlink sometimes help to index your root domain (my observation).
 
These backlinks are considered spam and many websites get backlinks from these websites. The backlinks I'm sure are completely ignored by Google and should not affect your website in any way.
 
I would not get any backlinks from those sites, because they can have negative effects on your SEO
 
Every website has these. Google understands this and totally disregards them. You don't have to worry. In fact, if your website didn't have these, it may negatively impact your website in my opinion
 
Look like they’re part of bulk domain lists, possibly used for PBNs or mass link building schemes. They aren’t quality backlinks, and Google can easily spot them.
 
Ah man its domain purchasing link you can buy a domain from those links

While I open those link it shows multiple domains to check their profile and to check their worth

If you want any domain then go ahead with that link
 
low-quality directories or PBNs. Backlinks from these sites likely don't add much value and could be risky

Well I checked my backlinks on semrush today and I saw many of them on my backlink profile which were made recently!
But I didn't ordered any link from those sites . maybe someone is using negative seo against my website ???
 
I've seen lot's of backlinks similar to these links recently on my backlink profile in ahref and semrush .
Never purchased any link from those website.
Should I be concerned ?
