HI my friends:
This backlink : http://db.ucsd.edu/72-10-11s-2015.html (TF CF 25+) point to the site" cheapfreeshippingjordans.com", what type of this backlinks? Hacked or bought?:)
Another site nested in this page then point to the money site, and every product page in the in the link page also point to the specifed money site page, does it mean thousands of backlinks back to moneysite?

And is there any type of backlinks more powerful than this type?

Any expert friend can explain for me:)

Looks like 302 hijacking. The db.ucsd.edu site has been hacked, content inserted and 302 to the offer page.
 
It's "hacked". The code injects the backlink/content and redirects to an aff link page.
 
I dont understand it is hacked or what but yes edu links are very powerful,You see maximum edu sites got hacked,earlier you can have many edu links but when you search now,you can see.
 
The site is hacked that's why they are able to place this backlink!
