What type of spyware/malware could be that?

So, there is someone who consistently hacks my google play account and Im pretty sure at some point my he had full access to my phone. One time I opened my camera to take a selfie and somehow the timer started working on its own. I've had cases when I find strange searches in my tiktok account etc...

I've done factory reset a few times so far but there is something which bothers me. I use android so I have google play account. That person hacks my account (even though I have 2FA) and he somehow links my profile with a strange app called "project" followed by a sequence of numbers. Now when I enter in the connected apps sections in my profile, there's allegedly no such app. I see stuff like chatgpt and tiktok but no such thing as project.

The thing is Ive done these things before but it doesnt seem to work. Ive changed so many google accounts so far i cannot even remember them. I've got no idea how to stop him.

I've entered in my router settings multiple different times and also used fing and I never noticed anything suspicious. No strange users. Do you have any suggestions for some other app?
