What type of links should be bought?

Hello, I am starting a new site. I will not be trying to rank the homepage itself but inner posts (something like 10beasts.com or supplementpolice.com). My strategy will be PBNs pointing to inner posts.
Before doing so I want to build some authority of the website and send backlinks to the homepage.
I think of outsourcing it and buying backlinks on the marketplace. My question is what type of backlinks should be bought in order to work on the website's authority?

Quality over quantity if this is a serious project.

Not that serious to be live forever that's why I will be using PBNs. However PBNs are the only links which I want to build manually. Besides that I am just asking what type of backlinks are worth buying in order to build website's authority before focusing on PBNs.

You can point some niche relevant links from high authority sites to your homepage. This will be very effective in terms of pushing your website authority higher and also improve other aspects as well.

Make sure you are getting links from a highly informative article and the placement should look natural as well.

Build some links for diversification. Links from authority sites like web2.0's, some genuine relevant comments, a couple of profiles, social media accounts, etc.
There are plenty of services that offer diversification packages on marketplace.

Web 2.0 is a good technique to get links, along with PBN. It is also better to try all the white hat link techniques.

Backlinks on sites which have strong tactics like tight internal linking structure, high quality inbound links, fully functional and are optimized. I think you should buy relevant web 2.0 (mostly) backlinks for your site.
