Yeah, that's a scam ad 100%. I've seen similar ads many times. Most of the time these are tech call ads targeted towards older people.

This one in specific can be a lot of things. I remember seeing some methods about this similar strategy.
Should be basic cpa like cpagrip, then after giving you a thousand of redirects they try to put pop ups on your browser. That's when the cycle comes to those type of networks
