What Type Of Email Accounts Do I Need?

I want to buy a couple of accounts (gmail I think), and I am confused. There are options like:

• Simple PVA
• Double PVA
• PVA with email recovery
• Aged
• etc
• etc
• etc

I need accounts to create personas who can:

• Start a blog on Blogger (blogspot.com)
• Start a YouTube channel and upload videos
• Create a Google+ profile

Maybe more... I don't know. The only thing I care more is to minimize the risk of getting locked out of my accounts!!!
