The gamasutra link is professionally written so you'd need to become a staff member on their site I guess, the other is a CMS called 'SocialEngine' (SEnuke XCr calls it 'ZF' for whatever stupid reason). GSA SER and SEnuke XCr can post to it.
 
It is guest, you can see clearly he is giving his introduction before the post. Guest post cant be automated because it is not under our control.
