What type of Affiliate site is good?

I mean what affiliate site will perform better and profitable, a niche site with single products or different multiple products ( for eg site about only grills or multiple products like kitchen appliances ) what would be good.

If you've less experience, start with only grills and focus on long tail keywords. But don't make your domain name too specific. Always have room for growth so that if grills site grows, you can move to kitchen appliances and become an authority.

Make different products reviews. That's how you will find the best niche for you.

Niche sites are great! But do NOT limit yourself! There is room for great performance and profitability in both. Starting with a niche may bring in those inquiring specifically for that certain niche, but being able to upsell other products or niches to that same shopper/user can set you apart from the rest of the pack.
