This is a responsive link ads units. Anyone having a valid and active adsense account can create this type of ad. Just click my ads tab and click new unit, now click on Text and display ads and select responsive link ad unit. Place it where you want to show the ads.

I can't upload file here but there's another Google ads that will would be like the Recent Post of the blogger. It's usually a mix of recent/related posts and the ads.

I think the website owner blocked other ads. So only appears some of the keywords like this.
