What traffic source do you think these guys are using?

I've been seeing a TON of Fiverr gigs with an insane number of reviews and orders in queue... from sellers that are claiming they will drive you:

80 - 100+ Guaranteed Visitors for an ENTIRE MONTH for $5

I mean... there are DOZENS of these sellers on Fiverr.

I'm just trying to figure out.... what traffic source do you think these guys are using?

I'm sure it's arbitrage of some sort... but I just can't figure it out.

Anyone happen to know?

From their PDF it looks like it is coming from redirects.

Considering they explicitly ban AdFly/Linkbucks links it is possible that is where they are buying their traffic. Or they could be coming from parked domain names. Or they could be lying and they are sending bot traffic.

100 Visits per day isn't anything, they can buy traffic in bulk or even 100 US proxies and a bot would do the job.

Looking at the stats for that PDF download, it looks like http://organic-traffic.net/ may be the supplier.
