As he said you can try submitting to google webmaster. You can also create social media accounts like insta, FB, twitter and index them.

Maybe it was indexed and then shortly after it got deindexed, try to confirm that first. Also, do you have high quality content on your website.
I have about 10K high quality content with pictures, quizzes etc. I didn't have GSC on in the beginning, but I vaguely remember some pages might be deindexed, but I could honestly not say with 100 % certanity. Currently frontpage, a blog post and hello-world is indexed. The blogpost is ranking in top 10 on the keyword, so I am not sure if Google is just slow with indexing.
Good points, will try to create social media profiles for them and add those links to 1 - 2 profiles on some high DR sites.
