I meant tools to make the whole process
easier e.g using the Mozrank checker tool
to check the site metrics in bulk.

I am not really into guestposting, but I guess tools like BuzzSumo (just an example, there are a bunch of similar tools) are helpful to find influencers in your niche to whom you can reach out.
