Freelancers, content writers, designers. What tools do you use to manage multiple clients and their projects?

Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Drive.

Sometimes I might use my phone's notes app.

A bit old fashioned, but it is what works for me.

I use the exact same setup. Docs, sheets, drive, and Google keep for notes.
I was wondering if I am missing something.

User Basecamp a lot for client handling. They loves it, because of schedule and reports inbuilt function. I used to allot each team member to each client to make them feel like they are getting followed up everyminute and when they gets email from basecamp that this task is done and this is done they really love it.

And apart from that tools like ai writer, google sheets, dropbox always tops.

Also for invoicing flow i tend to use quickbooks otherwise everything seems to mess up really soon in terms of financials.

There is no one tool that I use for managing clients, but I do use several. Out of all the tools, my favorite tool is the Woocommerce and CRM software like when I need to track income/expenses.
It offers a great deal of flexibility and allows me to really get in touch with my clients and manage them more effectively than any other tool.
I also use spreadsheets for some work.

I use folders and simple text files. But it's a setup that makes managing emails and any other filtering by sales or product a pain, being search and manual data manipulation.
