I use Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to check backlinks quality and combine them with Google Search operators to find good guest posting sites.

For backlink audit, I mainly use Ahrefs and Majestic. I check the DR/anchor profile with Ahrefs, and check Trust Flow + topical relevance with Majestic.
And I use Google search operators + Hunter.io to find guest posts. If you don't check manually, many sites look good but are completely spammy.
