what tools are worth us buying?

Recently, I am considering to buy some tools to build links for my websites.
I want to buy SB, TBS, perhaps I also need Xrumer.
I am planning to submit some articles to manage my WP blog. Could you pls suggest me some softwares to manage them.

And I just make a plan about improvinng the rank of my websites in Google.

I don't use tools to build huge quantity of links directly to my money site, just few links directly to my money site, but I build them for my WP blogs which have their own domains. And then in articles I publish in WP blogs , I just add one link of my money site naturally in articles, and at the end of article I add one link to my another blogs, just forming linkwheel.
Meanwhile, I also register some free blogs for my WP blogs.
Everyday I update about 2 articles in our blogs.

Does anyone operate in this way?
Is it helpful for improving the rank??

I think SB is most usefull tools in SEO section but you should go with SenukeX. For better SERP result its really awesome
