Are you looking for something available on IOS/Android, or are you fine with a Windows/MAC program? I have a few recommendations, but it depends.

What will save you the most time in the end is configuring your export settings to be optimised for your use case.
 
Try Camtasia it's lightweight, simple, and quicker than CapCut
 
There are many online tools available for video editing that let you create high-quality videos quickly and without much hassle.
 
If you spend 3 days learning any editing tool you will be familiar with the process and make edits fast

Another method is writing down the steps to be followed in editing process and following them in order, this will train your mind to perform better

Try Filmora, I guess that's an easy way to make videos. Spend some time and you are gonna get quicker. The best thing about Filmora is the conversion of the end product. You'll get to know once you start it.

Adobe animate, if you want to make fun meme videos, easier than ever, and don't forget a sub to chatgpt, so you can upload your characters, and get different positions to trace back.
 
Good videos take time, because you need after effect, Text animation to make it more engaging and as a beginner video editor, i can help with video to build up my portfolio I use Davinci Resolve Studio

If you want to create a quick and beautiful video, you can use Canva. Because Canva's interface is easy to use, there are a variety of templates available for you to apply; supports teamwork and cloud storage; the special thing is that you can use it on both computers and phones.

If you are in China, I would recommend you to use Jianying. I have learned two softwares, PR and AE, before. However, when many people used Jianying in China, I scoffed at it, thinking that it was something only rookies would use. But after I actually used it, I realized that this is the law of "real thinking". Although it cannot be linked to AE like PR, it only requires a very small part of the things that AE needs to do. Although it needs to be exported and then imported into Jianying after completion, it is much more efficient than linking PR to AE, because you need to actually make a lot less things. It has different templates and is simply a robot that even a fool can operate. It is simple and efficient.
 
Filmora and canva are great option both are relatively easy to use it and you can learn in short time compared with other options from my knowledge
 
might not be the most popular one but you can just use the free one with windows clipchamp.
