It can be either of those or this one - https://www.videoscribe.co/en

All of them have similar features so it's hard to tell. Any whiteboard animation maker shall work for this task, though.

You could do this with adobe after effects and premier. Doodly is the best for whiteboard videos if you need something simple and fast.

there are a lot of similar BIG channels like this, I watched a lot, most of them purely draw it by HAND lol.

I think you will able to accomplish this with Doodly. However it is a bit hard to tell the exact software he is using.

looks like he is using videoscribe. the downside is that the grphics they provide looks super old school. no modern client will love that from experience

He's getting millions upon millions of views, pretty sure regardless of how old school it looks he's making alot of money.
