if you already know C then you should learn c#
that's little tough but its nice
or else you can learn .net its easier than c#

I recommend you go buy UBotStudio. It has a nice interface and it's very easy to code your own bots. They also have some ready-made bots that you can investigate...

Otherwise, C++ & PHP? :-O

Ubot is best , easy to use and its User Interface is very easy and user friendly. you can code you bot by easy pick and drop method. is can be used any person with very less programming knowledge.
