if you search ''ai avatar generator'' on Google you will find several websites offering it
I'm not doing it nowadays, so I don't know which are the best ones in 2025, but you can check it out

thanks mate, found some good ressources online. I don't think it could trick youtube algo into thinking these are genuine people on video, but for long tail keywords I can see some videos ranking and converting quite well because only a few people can make the difference between an avatar and a real person. The comments under the video I posted in my OP are telling.

The video felt monotonous and was perhaps good for falling asleep. AI slop is getting better but it still is AI slop.
