What tool is this?

I remember having this article rewriter tool.
Basically you paste in an article and in a new window it shows a sentence and a box below to manually rephrase the sentence in your own words. Then you click next to go the next sentence till the whole article is done.

I remember downloading it from here around a year ago but all I can see in the searches are just spinners .
Anyone have any idea what this maybe?

Its called a spinner, but new ones our out. ChimpRewriter, The Best Spinner, WordAI, and others.

yes its called a spinner, you can use spinners in order to rewrite articles for seo purposes (google does not recognise your duplicate content) so its easier to populate your blogs with crap and point your links to your site to gain serps.

i was looking for a specific one. If you guys read my second paragraph then you would've known I wasn't looking for those spinners.
