What tool is this a screenshot from?

One of my competitors is blatently lying about his reach by thousands of percent .. I'm pretty sure anyway.

The numbers he announces for website traffic are outrageous and his own website has moz Da of 15 but he claims over 2 million visits per month. That number is a realistic estimate of our total niche size in the US. SEMrush estimates his traffic at 2k/month so I laughed but then he posted this screenshot:



What tool is this? Is it even realistic to purchase enough fake traffic to get a real tool to estimate this far off?

The website name is outdooroverloaded.

Any interpretations? I'm pretty sure even the worst google penalty wouldn't even come close to crushing a site to that extent.. especially since its still in operation unhacked
