Use semrush, Ahref and Ubersuggest. Even Google keyword planner helps you

I use keyword chef these days
Helps to sort out weak search queries that remain unanswered
 
I personally use Ahrefs and Surfer SEO the most, as they give you the best insights in my opinion, but Ubersuggest and even a free tool, Google Keywords Planner are also pretty good.
 
I use semrush mainly but ahrefs is really good too from what I've heard from other people on here.
 
When there is ahref, you should use it first. It is costly than others but there is reason to it.
 
You need only two tools ahrefs and semrush. These tools are more than enough but the data from these might not match exactly. Do not get confused because of this.
