Not specifically talking a keyword tracker, but just in general a tool that shows backlinks, job workflows (add more content, manage 5'ers,etc). Something where you can get a quick look at a table that shows all your websites and gives a quick glance at what you have?

On a side note, does anyone know of a good, current tech desktop multiblog manager that doesn't cost on a per month basis?

I can make a list of XXX tools which are worth a look for your needs. But as every people have its own needs and habits, I would recommend to test them with their free trial to make your own opinion.

Im generally affraid of anything that gives any types of signals to google that includes the tools used to manage websites. Imagine if on each site you have to install a plugin or you duplicate the same plugin over 100 pbns that in my opinion is a huge signal. I generally just log in once in a while training a VA right now to manage for me.

Appreciate the reply, and I agree about the "Types of signals" comment. I once had an adsense empire of roughly 400+ sites, and on 30 or so of them I had the wrong type of hosting/signal attached to them. My adsense rep contacted me and gave me a slight warning, after that I was good to go. Point is, I'm definitely aware of signal awareness ;)

But what I'm asking for is tool awareness to simply manage and take a look at an inventory of sites. Back in the day I used good ole excel. Does anyone have anything better than that these days?

Spreadsheets and a little good old fashion organizational skill set and maybe a VA or two.

ManageWP and MAIN WP are best tools to manage multiple websites because when it comes to WordPress, it always hassle to manage it.
