What Todo: Direct Linking or not?

2 Month ago i posted on a few forums in my niche and got nice traffic from it.
Today my first niche site is making for the first time (15,79€).
My new record

But after the first post on those forums i got banned (but made around 100 real visitors per forum)

So after that they banned me, i then spoofed my method and laugh with the ban hammer for 2 times, and decided i do it for 2 times more.

Questions:
Can a site owner hurt me in any way?
If no: can i do direct linking to my website?(that is what i did previous)

If yes: get a junk redirect domain?
I would do a 2 a 3 day blast, Manually do captcha and activation (20 Short Posts with a normal name and link trough href="" )

The site owners can't do much even if they go and tell your ISP .. that spam is not something big so your host will not even look at it .. that's most he can do .. lol .. enjoy making money

What about sending a complain to google etc..

Adsense is on niche site (my only income for now) i'm still to nooby for cpa
