What to work by myself on, before ordering PBN links?

Well, I made 2 new sites, which I want to rank. I did the on page seo, etc. The thing is that I've heard it won't be ok to order just PBN links, and I'll need some diversity and things like that. What exactly should I make manually, myself, before ordering some PBN links?

Its better to submit them to top social bookmarking websites and then create some wiki and web 2.0 backlinks.
Do some tier 1 blog commenting and then it should be fine after that

if you are focusing PBN then before doing such link do few backlink from web 2.o as well try to build link for niche relevant website to make sure your backlink profile is looks natural and simple .

Use web 2.0s to diversify your anchor text ratio. Use brand names and naked urls on the web 2.0s so you won't get a penguin penalty.

Can you please tell us which sites are these social bookmarking ones, and which wiki and web2.0 sites I should create backlinks form?

Niche related profile links with active profiles, niche related blog comments (not spun automatic shite) High quality web2 mini sites (5 - 10 pages each) 301 redirects from aged same niche domains.

Wiki's are spammed to death so its not effective unless its for indexing your backlinks.

On page SEO and tiered links for diversity. Once you have a diverse link profile you can order PBN links.

Try to get some guest posts on real blogs before purchasing PBN. Also, web 2.0's are good as suggested above.
