What to send to a 600 mailing list?

I have built a mailing list of over 600 targeted people in the weight loss niche but I have no clue what to send them and how to build a relationship with my list... anyone know how I can monetize them? Should I just start sending them daily emails to clickbank products?

So far I haven't sent them ANY emails its been about 3 weeks since most of them joined the list through a method i was testing...

Join other people mailing lists, big website lists and see what they are sending, after that, try to copy what you see, but be creative, dont just copy paste that.

They know what they are doing , and you should do that too

The weight loss product with the highest gravity on Clickbank is TAA. They have email content in their affiliate section. Pretty good stuff IMO. They also have articles you can send to people that would would make for a good soft sale. If I had a list of targeted opt in's I would start off by sending them to one of the articles there.

I can't tell you what the best thing to do is because I don't have that much experience, just what I personally do in that situation. Hope that helps.
